We had so much fun doing our facebook hop in the fall that we've decided to do another for you. Doing it 4 Digi - Weight Loss Challenge

What does digital scrapbooking and weight loss have in common?  Not much.. until now.  Turns out many of us in the Digital Scrapbooking community WANT to lose weight but struggle with it.  Many of us need and want accountability and encouragement and someone to join us while we work to reach our goals.  We've decided to do just that.  We are going to lose and work together.  You can read more about it here. Just sign  up to join us in the Scraps N Pieces forum.  You are signing up because you want to participate.  There will be a private forum for us so that those who are uncomfortable won't be sharing in a public way.

Grand Opening

It will be here before you know it.... the Grand Opening of the store/forum/gallery at Scraps N Pieces.  I am excited to be part of it.  We have so many fun things planned for the entire month of October and some incredible sales.  Hurry on over and get registered early so you will be ready to go.  You don't want to miss the progressive scrap and free kit that goes along with it.  I am looking forward to all the fun.  I am hosting the first weekly challenge.  I would love for everyone to come try it out and let me know how you think I did.  The image above is linked to the forum.  I hope to see you there!

Remember My News?

I am pleased to announce that I am opening a store!  It is going to be at Scraps N Pieces.  SNP is a new forum and the grand opening is going to be the first of October.  The forums and store are up and going.  It's exciting to be part of something brand new.  As a new designer I am pretty busy getting things going.  One of the things that I need to set up is a Creative Team.  Here are some details:

Requirements:

Create 1-2 layouts per kit (minimum 1 kit per month)

Post your layouts at Scraps N Pieces (SNP) and at least 2 other galleries.

Advertise my designs on your blog

Be active in the SNP forums

Participate in the CT forums at SNP

Kits, Flu and News

I hope everyone had a great Labor Day Weekend!

I was asked for a Mississippi kit.  Only they didn't specify which Mississippi.  So, I am simply going to make both.  I am in the middle of another kit that I am going to finish first.  (Not a freebie)  Then I'll get to them.  I just wanted you to know they are coming. 

I am slowed down a bit because I've come down with the flu or something.  I'm just now coming down with it:  achy, fever, stopped up head, sore throat.... you know how it goes.

I also have some news that I hope will interest you.  I'm going to keep it a surprise for now.  But it is coming soon.  I can't wait to tell you! 

Football kits reminder

Just a little reminder because I've had a few requests...  I am limiting these football kits to the Southeastern Conference (College) football only.  If I had the time/energy I'd make as many as I had requests, but unfortunately I simply don't.  I was planning a "generic" football kit for next year that would work with all the kits I have made/or are making.  I will go ahead and make it this year by the end of football season.  I hope this will help those that would love a football kit for their team - only their team isn't in the SEC or not a college team at all.  Please understand that I hate diappointing anyone, but I have to set a limit realistically.
